I still have pictures of last years tournament, what should I do?

You can send the pictures to info@christmasvolleyballtournament.com. Please make sure the files are not larger than 100kb max. You can also put the pictures on your own website and send us the address, so we can place a link on the photopage.

I would like to register for this years tournament, how should I do that?

You can register your team at this website. The tournament will be open for registration until the 20th of November 2009. Please note that there is a limited number of teams that can participate in the tournament.

Should I also transfer the fee for staying in Penta when I pay the registration fee?

No, it will be more convenient to pay for the stay in Penta when you arrive in Assen. Note that you do have to tell us who wants to stay in Penta and who doesn’t. We need to know this for the fire department and for the shoppings.

Can we send our passport photographs to you by e-mail?

If you prefer to send the photographs by e-mail, you can. If you do this, the photographs have to be of good quality and size. Please put all photograpghs in one file with the name of the participants under each photo.The secretary will decide if the criteria are met. If this is not the case, you will receive an e-mail and you will have to send them by post after all.

Where can I find the tournament schedule?

The tournament schedule won't be finished until about December 15th. When this is the case we will put the groups on the website and we will publish the times for the the first match of every team. The entire schedule will not be published on the website. You will receive the CVT-magazine with the schedules when you arrive in Assen.

Do we have to bring our own sleeping gear?

Yes, there are rooms available in Penta, but you’ll have to provide for your own sleeping bag, mattress, pillow etceteras. This also goes for people who are staying with host families.

Where can I buy tickets for the final party?

You can buy tickets for the final party during the CVT at the entrance of every sports hall and in Penta and at the entrance of the party. Also there is a pre-sale at De Rackethal from the 20th until the 29th of December.
