August From this date the organizing committee has a meeting every week

20 november Deadline to register your team
25 november Deadline to have to the photographs at our office
25 november Deadline to have to the registration fee and the deposit in our bank account

26 december Arrival of the foreign and some Dutch teams
27 december Arrival of the Dutch teams and at 11 A.M. the first matches commence
28 december Second day of the CVT and in the evening the semi-finals
29 december Finals in sports hall The Spreng en the final party in De Rackethal
30 december All the teams will leave and the organizing committee will be busy taking care of a lot things (for instance cleaning)
