Where would the Christmas Volleyball Tournament be without an office and a room for the meetings? Well, we can do a lot without an office, but to have a real office would really be great.
Ever since Appie Bruins is running the cafe at the Groningerstraat in Assen, the name has changed to Sportcafé de Pimpelaer. In 1998 the cafe and the CVT started their partnership and the organising committee got their own little office at the attic of the café. In this office there is room for the organising committee to store everything we need for the tournament. We have some cupboards (e.g. for the archive) and there’s a small meeting room for a maximum of 8 persons. Computers and the Internet are becoming more and more important, also for the CVT. We use these media for giving you information and of course you can register for the tournament online.
On the 'second day of Christmas' and the first day of the tournament, the Pimpelaer is the place to be to register for the tournament. In normal days, this room is being used for (business)meetings. This room is also the place where the organization has its meetings.
